IQBoxy membership is FREE. Fast, and takes less than 30 seconds to complete. Once you signup, a host of benefits becomes available to you. They include:

  • Linked Accounts - add your employees or spouse to your circle to see their receipts,
  • Expense Reports - request reports any time or day. Automatically generated by our reporting engine and sent to your registered email address,
  • E-receipt email - your own personal @iqboxy.com email address where you can forward/send your digital receipts to it for immediate processing.
  • Connected Apps - link up with services you know and use today like Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, Evernote or OneDrive and business accounting with Xero or QuickBooks.
  • IQBoxy cloud storage - we store your receipts in our cloud for FREE. So if you ever update your IQBoxy app or your phone's operating system and your receipts are missing, all you need to do is login and they will all sync back down to your device. This alone is worth registering!

Why we need your email address

We use your email as a unique identifier to tie all these great services together. Without it, we cannot identify you and thus cannot provide a full suite of services.

How to signup and become a member

Registration is FREE. Signup and Login are both located inside "More" (pictured left as 1.).

The process of signing up is fast. You can signup/signin using your email address or use Facebook, Twitter or Google single signon. 1 click login. (pictured below)

Once signed up, you will gain access to Your Profile view where you can access more features like ability to add your company and employees, notification preferences, your personal preferences like sales tax, default currency, timezone, monthly budget and your personal E-receipt email.
